Frozen Apple Cider Pudding Pops


  • 4 pouches Alpine® Original Spiced Apple Cider Mix
  • 1 box (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 12 small (3 oz) paper cups
  • 12 popsicle sticks



Place cider mix, pudding mix and milk in large bowl. Stir with a whisk for 2 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Set aside. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon caramel sauce in each of the paper cups. Pour pudding mixture over caramel in paper cups, filling 3/4 full. Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across top of each cup. Using a popsicle stick, poke a hole through the plastic wrap and stand the stick up straight. Place pudding pops in the freezer until frozen solid. Remove plastic wrap and peel away the paper cup.

Makes 12 frozen pudding pops.
