Sugared Cider Nuts


  • 3 pouches Alpine® Pumpkin Spiced Cider Mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup fine sugar



Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium pan, melt together cider mix and butter. Add nuts; stir until coated for 5 minutes on med heat. Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet. Place in the oven minutes for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with fine sugar, stir to make sure coated. Cool completely before storing in airtight container.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
