Caramel Apple Caramel Corn
- 1 package microwave popcorn (not butter flavored)
- 2 pouches Alpine® Caramel Spiced Apple
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Prepare popcorn in microwave according to package directions. Pour popcorn into large bowl. In small saucepan over medium heat add water, Alpine Caramel Apple Cider, and butter. Stir until blended. Add sugar and vanilla, increase the heat, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour half of mixture over popcorn. Carefully stir or toss to combine. Add remaining sugar mixture and combine.
